Lightly musty and earthy on the nose over a layer of fermented fruit. On the palate some sweetness and more fruit open up. It has a full and silky mouthfeel, with a soft dry finish. The pisco is rested five to eight months in neutral concrete containers before bottling and has a youthful spirit quality that’s intriguingly rustic. Nice to sip and a great substitute for many vodka or Taquilla based cocktails.

Riesling makes especially good wines in Idaho with our combination of long, cool nights, warm days and volcanic soils. A fruit salad of aromas, apricot, peach and pear give way to bright fruit flavors and crisp acidity with a hint of sweetness and a clean finish. An ideal wine as an aperitif or with light cheeses and fruits.

A wonderful Idaho red blend opens with blackberry and dusty notes on the nose. Rich plum and cherry fruit is layered with leather and clove. A well-balanced tannin structure leads to lingering fruit on the finish.
