USA
Hudson Baby Bourbon
Before Prohibition more than 1,000 farm distillers produced alcohol from New York grains and fruits. Tuthilltown distillers are bringing back traditional batch-distilled spirits.
Baby Bourbon is a perfect introduction to aged whiskey spirits. It is mild and friendly, bright to the tongue and warming all the way down. Each bottle is hand waxed and numbered. It is a true American classic. The BABY is their most sought after spirit.

France
Champagne Lormandier-Bernier Brut
Tradition Premier Cru
The natural alcoholic fermentation (natural yeast) and the malolactic fermentation begin spontaneously in their temperature-controlled, stainless-steel vats. The wines are left on their lees during the winter. The reserve wines are stored in casks and in wooden vats. The blending and the bottling are carried out in May, and the bottles are then taken down into our cellars and horizontally stacked. The second fermentation and the maturation 'on laths' quietly take place in the coolness of our cellars. All the bottles are disgorged manually 3 to 6 months before being marketed. The dosage is 5 grams per liter (this brut is also an extra-brut!).

USA
Chehalem INOX Chardonnay
INOX takes its name from the abbreviation of the French word for stainless steel, inoxydable. The wine was created differently from most Chardonnay you've had. The wine makers think we've succeeded in expressing the crisp, steely, and fruit-rich side that they love about some Old-World Chardonnays. What makes this possible is the use of exclusively Dijon clones, exceptionally well suited to Oregon's cool climate and exhibiting a richness that does not depend on oak. Entirely tank fermented, without malolactic fermentation or lees contact, INOX screams of the hallmarks of a cool climate-brightness, pinpoint fruit, and explosive aromas and flavors. They intend INOX for a full range of use, from hot weather chilling to elegant dinner complements.

| Region: | Oregon : Willamette Valley |
Tasting Notes: A platinum, brilliant wine that immediately shares a profusion of floral aromas and bright fruit, especially pear, green apple, honeydew melon, tangerine, peach, apricot, Meyer lemon, and even kiwi and pineapple. Spice and other aromatic accents include confectioners' sugar, vanilla bean, and ginger, as well as the "Juicy Fruit" gum aromatic that is a marker for Dijon-clone Chardonnay fruit. There is a knife-edged brightness and minerality due to incredibly snappy acidity, making it tartly succulent and mouthwatering. Although high in acid, low in alcohol (13.4%), and bone dry (at less than .25% sugar), this has great weight and near-perfect balance.

France
Domaine de Canton French Ginger Liqueur
Domaine de Canton is made in Jarnac, France in the tradition of colonial indochine in which ginger infused elixirs were blended with fine Cognac. Fresh baby ginger is cut by hand, twice infused with Grand Champagne VSOP Cognac, and then blended with vanilla and orange blossom honey from Provence. Its taste is fresh, intense, with interesting notes of orange and cognac and rich, yet clean finishing sweetness. Canton can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, or in a number of fine cocktails.

Legendary Magpie Honey Mead
Steve Merr, better known as Magpie, tasted mead for the first time in 1990 at a Renaissance festival. It was a drink he immediately liked. Lack of a commercially available, quality product, motivated him to set out to find out about it. Magpie researched centuries-old texts and obscure information resources, trying to find information and recipes for mead. His findings motivated him to try his hand at making mead.

Chile
Los Vascos Sauvignon Blanc 2007
Following a winter and spring with moderate rainfall, the summer of 2007 was particularly hot leading to an early harvest for the whites with a nice balance of ripeness Harvesting begins once the ripeness, probable alcohol and total acidity are at their optimum levels.. The grapes were entirely picked by hand in very good conditions between 28th of February and 3Oth of March. The grapes almost entirely from the Casablanca with a small amount sourced in Leyda, two cool valleys which are renowned for their quality in white grape production. These vineyards were supervised through pruning, development and especially during the harvest by the Los Vascos technical team. The grapes are table selected and then chilled before pressing and fining. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
