July 30 and 31
Box Wine Like You've Never Tasted Friday 5-8 PM, Saturday 4-7 PM
Hooray for summer! Hooray for the beach! Hooray for great boxed wine! We welcome Wineberry Importers who come to show off their terrific tasting terrific looking French boxed wine. It's like getting 4 bottles for the price of 3 in a handsome wooden box to boot. We'll have Bordeaux white and red blends, a rose from Provence and a red blend from the Rhone valley. Yummy and you'll never be embarrassed to bring a box of wine to your friends BBQ again.
Time Out magazine says "...wine in a box has many advantages: The vacuum-sealed bag inside can preserve its contents for weeks after opening-unlike the rapid degradation one gets with an uncorked bottle-and the bulk packaging lowers production and transportation costs, savings that get passed on to you. If we were smarter, we'd all be drinking much of our everyday wine from boxes..."
