Long's Notes
A wine with a rich and complex aromatic profile, elevated acidity and robust tannins creating a long finish. Its concentrated bouquet of sun-dried tomato, red fruit and praline when young, evolves into black olive, leather, earth and truffle, with a balanced acidity and softer tannins. A perfect match to lamb and game, the 2008 Ramnista can age gracefully up to 15 years.
