Long's Notes
This wine is rich and complex, yet full of bright fruitiness and spice. The predominant characters are bright cherry notes, toasty oak and firm tannins, which are reminiscent of a classic French Burgundy. Overall it is structured and balanced, with layers of fruit and spice in every sip. Serve with mushroom risotto or duckling with Bing cherry sauce.
