Producer's Notes

The grapes are harvested early so that they will have low potential alcoholic title (1OBc), when used for the production of the base wine. The classic Champenois method is used with the second fermentation in the bottle.

Flavour characteristics:
Elegant sparkling wine with light yellow-green colour and fine bubbles with intensity and duration. Rose and honey aromas are distinguished in a background full of arresting yeast fragrances.
