Alvaro Palacios 2005 Les Terrasses Priorat
Sourced from a biodynamically farmed vineyard. Nicely fleshy, it has mulberry and black cherry fruit with notes of minerals, graphite, and smoke.
Champagne Lormandier-Bernier Brut Tradition Premier Cru
A premier cru from Vertus. It's extremely dry and very pure, a delicate weave of minerals and lemon zest.
